What's Your Most Underrated Wii Game?
I just finished playing through, and posted the review of, Pirates Plund-Arrr. The game is really a lot of fun, and it's cheap. You can pick it up in Gamestop for $20 or less. It's published by Majesco and developed by Boomzap Entertainment.
If you've played Castle Crashers then you know what to expect. It's a four player brawler featuring pirates. There are some issues. It's really hard if you're playing it by yourself and it's got some stutter to the beginning of every level that lasts about 10 seconds. It's smooth sailing after that, though. Definitely one of those games that might get overlooked because the box art doesn't really do the game justice.
So I want to know what game you really like that just got overlooked by the community at large. What's the most underrated Wii game out there in your opinion?

I'd like to say
that I've played so many Wii games that I can't decide... but honestly I've played so few that I can't decide from my limited Wii game pool. It's difficult to split game time when you have 3 competent systems to choose from and so few hours in a day to play.

I totally understand that. Most of my gaming time is devoted to my two Nintendo systems, soon to be three systems and it's sometimes really hard to find enough hours to play all the games I want to play on those systems. I have never understood those people who say there is nothing to play on the Wii or the DS. There's plenty out there, you just have to do a little looking and maybe get outside your comfort zone a little bit.

I think I saw a review for Pirates Plund-Arrr by the Wiiviewer on Youtube. I saw it in the bargain bin at my local EB Games... If I ever see it, I think I might get it.
Talking about underrated games, I have to mention "Sakura Wars: So long my love". It's a pretty rare game that mixes tactical RPGs with dating sim elements. It's all wrapped up in a great animé sauce that I love.
When I bought it, I popped it in my Wii just to test. Usually I test my games for about 30 minutes, I do not save, then when I got a good idea about the game, I shelve it to play later, when I have the time... That time, I played for a whole 3 hours and a half before I stopped. I litteraly fell in love with that game.
If you like Animé & Giant robots, this one is right up your alley. GET IT!

That's a good game. I think I made it through about 7 hours before I put it away. I should probably go back to it. The only big problem that I had with it was that they talked, and talked, and talked, and talked.....a lot.
The combat sections of the game were brilliant though.

Yup! They sure did talked... alot. But I guess it's a love it/hate it situation. You can guess I'm in the former.
