So yea. There's a bit of a lull in my new show watching on Hulu because all of the shows that I like are currently in the middle of a mid season break or done for the year. So I started watching Monk on Netflix. I just finished Season 1. I cannot believe how good that show is. I missed it when it was on TV. I would see it while flipping through channels (when I had cable), but I never sat down to watch an episode. It's really funny.

What are some of your favorite shows to watch currently? I'm in need of some good TV watching to enjoy before bed. My favorites right now are Castle, Last Man Standing, Warehouse 13, Psych, and Doctor Who.

Well not so much my faves but the wife's faves. I tend to end up watching them as well.

Bones - Quite fun and kinda gory with all the bodies and skeletons they graphically portray. Rotting flesh, fake or not, is cool in a disgusting sort of way... Oh and Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel) isn't exactly hard on the eyes Wink

Supernatural - used to be much better but they ended up getting all religious and less "supernatural". Still a fun show though.

Grimm - Kinda Supernatural-esqu? but not quite as good I don't think.

Finished up Claymore anime before we quit Netflix. I loved it. You should watch it... but not with the kids. It's kinda gory as many anime shows are.

Heather just finished up all the episodes of Bones on Netflix. She loved the show. But...the sister Zooey is much cuter than Emily. [=^)

I completely forgot about Grimm. Heather and I watched the pilot and loved that show. I don't know how long it's going to last. It's a good premise, but how long can they carry a show like that?

Ahh yes. Zooey.... Whenever I think of her I think of the shower scene in Elf where she and Will Farrell sing a duet. Then shortly after that, this interaction happens:

Jovie: How come you were in the women's locker room this morning?
Buddy: I heard you singing.
Jovie: Are you sure it had nothing to do with the fact that I was naked in the shower?
Buddy: I didn't know you were naked.

One of my favorite scenes.

with Grimm I'm unsure how long it's going to last. It's been going pretty well so far but yeah you're right. A good question is how can they carry a show like that?

I don't really watch TV but Will recorded Comic Book Men, the TV show about Kevin Smith's comic store. I enjoyed that mostly because I listen to those guy's podcasts and I think they are funny.
