The Alphabet War

Choose your side people! Are you with me? Or are you with them?

For those of you that don't know, this is about how I alphabetize things on my shelf. Apparently, people think I do things wrong. I however think I don't. Listen to the last few minutes of episode 58 of the Okie Cast for more information.

100% alphabetical is like separating siblings just because their first names are a little bit different

Keep the series together! They will be much happier hanging with their siblings next to them and everyone else will be pleased because if they want to do a Die Hard marathon, they don't need to hunt for Live Free or Die Hard

Definitely got to side with Gil on this one. Alphabetical up to the point where a series would go and then the entire series goes on the shelf together.

Well isn't that just sweet? You two both just want to use the alphabit as long as it is easy for you. Then when things get tough you just give up. You know what you two are? Fair weather spellers!

I like to consider it more being a speller of convenience that anything else.

I am not saying that Nebula is wrong in the way he organizes his video/software collection. I am merely saying that it makes no sense. That is all

It's all in good fun. whatever works for you is the best thing to do. In reality there is no right or wrong way. Man, having kids means just being able to find your games on your shelf is reward enough. On the rare occasions that I do get to organize my shelf it's alphabetical with series' together.
