What are your top VC wants?
Mine are Yoshi's Island and Duck Tales. I love both of those games and I want to get a chance to play through them again. I have a copy of Duck Tales for the NES, but no working system to play it on. I know that one will probably never happen, but I don't know what's holding Nintendo back on releasing Yoshi's Island.

I would like to see Game Boy games be released on a Virtual COnsole for the DSi. It will give me a reason to play Metroid II again.
Re: What are your top VC wants?
I would want ducktales myself if I didnt already have it for my nes. So I would have to say i want more N64 games on the VC. I want Doom 64,bettle adventure racing, and so many others I wont name them here.

i still don't know if we'll see a VC on the 3DS or not. It looks like Nintendo is gearing up their biggest names from the past to be re-released in 3D, but you never know it could, and I think should, happen.
At this point in time I just want to see Nintendo release anything on the Virtual console. We've gotten two games in the last two or three months and that's it. It's a shame that it appears that the service is dieing and it may not be too long before we see no more games released on the service at all.

i'd love to see Kid Niki: The Radical Ninja released as a VC game...I already own it but I'd like to see a new generation of gamers get the chance to pick it up...It's a great game if you give it a chance.
Also, in reference to the 3DS VC...It f'n rocks! I'm playing Mario Land, Donkey Kong, and Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening DX right now...It's so much fun!

I've played through Mario Land twice now and I'm about four hours into Link's Awakening. I haven't picked up Donkey Kong yet. Not sure if I want to pick it up or not.
Re: What are your top VC wants?
Donkey Kong is fun...and for $4 it's not a bad buy. It's not nearly as good Mario Land or as in depth as Link's Awakening but it's good for killing a couple minutes and better than the majority of mobile games that people blow their money on. I'm pretty pumped to see what Game Gear and TurboGrafx games they end up releasing on the 3DS VC...

Re: What are your top VC wants?
I bought the GameBoy version of Donkey Kong off the 3DS VC a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love it. It's a great platformer. I can definitely see some of the influence that would go on to be the Mario vs. Donkey Kong games and now I'll get to play the sequel when the game launches for the Ambassadors.
Old topic
Sorry to dig up an old topic like that! (hides the shovel).
There are a few games I've been wanting to get on VC since day one:
-Uninvited (Nes) Amazing 7 creepy game with a haunting soundtrack (youtube.com/watch?v=sPu270Eoedc)
-Dragon Warrior II-III-IV (I own the remakes on Gameboy & DS, but still nothing beats the real stuff)
-Maniac Mansion
-Metal Storm (Aww yeah!)
-Kickle Cubicle (I still own my nes cartridge, but getting it on VC would be much more convenient)
<-This looks alot more like a rabbit than a cat.

Re: What are your top VC wants?
I would love to see some of the Dragon Warrior games on the service. I’d pick those up in a heartbeat. The first Dragon Warrior game was what got me interested in RPG’s to begin with. I love that game.
The one games on the 3DS VC that I want to have is Drill Dozer. I don’t think that game got enough attention the first time it was out and it would be a great game to have on the 3DS. You’d lose the force feedback that the game cartridge gave you, but it would still be worth playing.

Dragon Warrior
Yes. This was the game that got me into RPG's also. I still have my copy CIB. Last I knew it was still fully functioning but I doubt the internal memory still has my character saved. It's 23 years old. I'll forgive it
Re: What are your top VC wants?
When I was young, I didn't like Dragon Warrior... I used to play it with a friend but he would mostly play it and I would translate. It caught up to me later on when I was a Teen. With Final Fantasy II & III (4 & 6) I went back to Dragon Warrior & it strangely brought back alot of nostalgia. I even remembered much of the game even if I hadn't really played it. The first one's overworld theme is a tune that I'm still frequently humming to this day (youtube.com/watch?v=NXIEpgFgjJ4).
Haunting yet hopeful. So great.

There are few pieces of music that have been featured in RPG's that I remember more than that overworld theme. It, along with the music that played inside cities were simply amazing. I can remember humming those songs for hours after I would get done playing the game.
